Wikinews

Wikinews is a free content news source on the Internet (a kind of Internet newspaper), a project run by the Wikimedia Foundation. It is open to anyone and accepts a wide range of topics. Its goal, as stated on the Wikinews main page, is to "create a diverse environment in which citizen journalists can independently report on a wide range of current events."
