Vitalik Buterin

Vitalik Buterin is a Russian-Canadian programmer who is most famous for co-founding Ethereum, a major global computer network that uses blockchain technology. He was born on 31 January 1994 in Kolomna, Russia, and moved to Canada with his parents when he was six years old. As a young man, he showed a special talent for mathematics and economics. In 2011, he discovered Bitcoin through his father and began writing articles for a publication called Bitcoin Magazine to earn digital currency.
