Timothée Chalamet

Timothée Chalamet is a prominent American and French actor born on 27 December 1995 in New York City. Raised in the Hell's Kitchen neighbourhood, he grew up in a family with strong ties to the arts; his mother is a former Broadway dancer and his father worked as an editor for UNICEF. Chalamet began his career with television roles, notably in the drama series Homeland, before moving into film. He gained early recognition for his performance in the 2017 film Call Me by Your Name, which made him one of the youngest actors ever to receive an Academy Award nomination for Best Actor.
