Peter Gene Hernandez, known professionally as Bruno Mars, is an American singer, songwriter, and record producer born on 8 October 1985 in Honolulu, Hawaii. Raised in a musical family, he moved to Los Angeles in 2003 to pursue a music career, eventually becoming one of the most successful and versatile performers in the world. He is widely celebrated for his retro-influenced sound, blending pop, R&B, funk, soul, and rock. Throughout his career, he has achieved significant chart success with numerous global hits like "Just the Way You Are," "Uptown Funk," and "Locked Out of Heaven."
