Bill Gates

Bill Gates is a well-known American businessman and philanthropist who was born in Seattle, Washington, on 28 October 1955. From a young age, he showed a great talent for mathematics and a strong interest in computer programming. While attending a private school called Lakeside, he met his friend Paul Allen, and together they spent many hours learning how to write computer code. In 1973, Gates went to Harvard University, but he decided to drop out during his third year to focus on his dream of making software for the growing number of personal computers. In 1975, Gates and Allen founded Microsoft, a company that became world-famous for creating the Windows operating system and various office programs. Under Gates's leadership, Microsoft grew into one of the largest and most successful technology companies in history, making him one of the wealthiest people in the world for many years.
