Africa

Africa is the world's second-largest continent by both land area and population, covering about 20% of Earth's land surface and home to nearly 1.4 billion people across 54 countries. It is bordered by the Atlantic Ocean, the Mediterranean Sea, the Red Sea, and the Indian Ocean, and is known for its great diversity of landscapes, ancient civilizations, unique wildlife, and as the origin of humankind.
